How to Submit a Bid
Download Bid Document
Download the full bid document, BDS, and all specifications from the SLMC website or collect in person.
Pay the Bid Fee
Pay the applicable bid document fee online through the SLMC e-Services portal and keep the payment receipt.
Prepare Your Submission
Complete all required forms, attach supporting documents, and obtain bid security where required.
Submit Before Closing Time
Deliver your sealed bid to the SLMC office before the published closing date and time. Late bids will not be accepted.
Bid Opening
Bids are opened publicly at the SLMC office on the specified date. Bidders or their representatives may attend.
Procurement Rules
- All procurement follows the National Procurement Guidelines issued by the National Procurement Commission
- Late bids will not be accepted under any circumstances
- SLMC reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without providing reasons
- Canvassing of SLMC staff in connection with any tender will result in disqualification
- Bid documents must be purchased from SLMC before a bid can be submitted where applicable
- All bids must be in Sri Lankan Rupees unless otherwise stated in the bid document
